Indoor garden upgrade: Improved airflow
It's on!
Airflow, often achieved indoors with fans, is beneficial to plants for a few reasons:
- Improves gas exchange through pores on leaf surfaces, speeding up photosynthesis.
- Reduces chance of mold formation.
- Encourages thicker stems - stronger bushier growth.
- Prevents hot (or cold) spots caused by lights, drafts, etc.
This fan was $15 on sale/$20 regular, at Canadian Tire. I was lucky to have credit left on a gift card. Still cheaper fans can be found at thrift shops or even dollar stores, for almost any budget.
Even strategic window- or vent-opening can create airflow that benefits plants.
This is a cheap but effective indoor garden upgrade. I'm excited for my 6 seedlings (B, D, E, F, G, and H) to benefit from the fan, and from fresh soil in larger pots any day!

Small regular improvements over time add up.
Buen dia amigo,me alegro que estan tan crecidas las plantas ya que vi cuando planto,y que bueno que el aire de ventilador les es util,le dire que el apagon me tiene mal,no funciona nada,los equipos se han quemado,la comida que es un sacrificio comprar se me ha dañado,los niños dos semanas sin clase por esa causa y fue decreto de maduro,esto muy dificil no se como hacer y no diga del agua,saludos @drutter,que la pase bien.
Esto debe ser muy difícil para ti, amiga mío. Me preocupo por ti, y estoy molesto por las dificultades que te obligan a ti y a la buena gente. Mi corazón está contigo.
