What has really become apparent to me is- The DEA and FDA, in regard to public health- want to prevent people from having ANY potentially effective alternative means for caring for their own health. At least until they secure their financial stake and this one's unlikely as it' isn't a stretch to consider that their protective function is wholly invested in partner interests. Pharmaceuticals for example. CBD is showing great promise and kratom flat out works without negative effects unless more is never enough for you- and then, neither are lethal. The beef is this- "We're concerned that you may not see a doctor if you find relief on your own". They made that statement almost verbatim. Creepy? Familiar with the term Over Reach? Or maybe Adversary? How about Satan? If it works and they can't prescribe it- "you can't have it" F. That. Alcohol, tobacco- as I understand it: it's a different "classification" so they're exempt. This game has been tolerated for far too long. They want Total Control, they don't want you to ever feel "good" (that could become a healthy habit!) and they don't care if conventional medicine failed you miserably. Worse- They want the most desperate- addicts- to have no option than be stupified on methadone every day and they treat these people like shit at the clinics, reigistering them to follow them around for the rest of their lives. I"d rather OD & die too rather than give them control (like the song.."head like a.." anyway, It's not about public health! Like an insecure bully, They are butt hurt over criticism that the Rx opioid crisis is out of hand so instead of working with others to find new and effective solutions- they keep doing the same old bullshit that never worked. Putting on a show- interfering, spreading misinformation and propaganda. And marijuana- their cronies have been dying off so they just go into stores like this and cause problems while we pay them. You'd think we'd finally grow up and move forward. This past week we saw the Godfather of the FDA declare an urgent safety alert on kratom, working to enforce very negative public perception of the only truly effective, tolerable and absolute safest thing I can ever hope to use to relieve depression and ADHD which together, wrecks everything-(explains why I'm spitting fire) and THAT's the problem. It works too well, without harm so they lie about it. Boldly claiming - "kills people" and he knows that he is lying. "kratom deaths" are drug overdose cases when kratom was also present in their system. They have been corrected many times by renowned experts on toxicology and addiction. They are seizing imports right now, according to his threats. Riling advocates & users, likely to distract us while they push through some outrageous violation of freedom under the guise of - whatever. They were advised to revise marijuana scheduling and they ignore everyone, stating that they welcome expert findings even though they already have and have had several. They are two faced and they don't care that it's blatantly obvious to people who care to pay attention. The schedule was recently amended (I think it passed) creating schedule A, meant for "synthetic analogues of opiates" such a fentanyl derivatives but the wording further down allows the Attorney General to include anything that closely resembles an opiate analogue even if not an opiate and does not act in the same hazardous way as an opiate when it acts as a stimulate and a depressant. Of course they are describing kratom. The plant they claimed was a "designer drug" last year. This will allow 5 year temp. scheduling that nobody can stop and during that time it may be placed on permanent ban indefinitely. I've got time on my hands, not a lot to lose and a kilo on the way and I'm ready to raise some hell because this business is unacceptable.
