Recovery and the Four Elements

An interesting fact, there are symbolic parallels between tarot cards, playing cards and the four elements as well as zodiac signs.

The earth carries the water, the fire fueled by the air above. The vapors created in the center of emotions (diaphragm which controls breath, relieves anxiety) ..where water (digestive system) and fire (heart and lungs) meet in the human body, emotion and thought send vapors to condense in the air above where the physical drops roll down the cheeks onto the belly which they originated from in non-physical form as thoughts meditating upon feelings.

Ancient and modern recovery of mind/body. Yin leads the yang, mental/non-physical leads the material/physical.
