I was 5'2" till the age of thirty-six, now standing a height of 5'6". Eating vegetarian and now vegan. During the growth phase, I ate some fish for the Omega 3 and 6 lipids. Today I choose hulled hempseed as Omega 3/6 supplement (health and organic products aisle). Fish is a last resort containing less Omega lipids than hulled hempseed.

Very good to the taste, does not sour, texture can be chosen and is cheaper than cow's milk.

Mmm... the hempseed Feta Cheese was amazing. I am not even sure I can reproduce that experiment.
