A Review of Historical Aspects Leading to Applied Lack of Better Ethics Which Denied Studies, Explanation for and Treatment of Cancers (Organigram Included)
The above diagram declaring the entities involved, is provided to inform the reader as to the organizational structure which created a detrimental context. A situation which has made possible applied lack of better ethics that has denied the correct understanding and treatment of cancer.
The diagram lists The United States Food And Drug Administration as the source of regulations which prevented research and a correct explanation of biochemical conditions which allow for the development of cancer cells. The definition of these biochemical conditions would have allowed for the correct treatment of cancer much sooner.
The many Colleges Of Medical Doctors which operate in their designated jurisdictions, are subject to FDA regulation of substances used in the treatment of medical conditions. This has greatly limited the scope and number of possible treatments available to medical doctors in North America. In the case of cancer treatment, this meant limitation to radio and chemotherapies.
Regulatory limitations (FDA) also led to the improper application of opiate dosages which were further exacerbated by the inability to successfully treat the biochemical conditions collectively known as cancer (College Of Medical Doctors). Opiates were used as a legal means of inducing death in patients which were unsuccessfully treated. In effect destroying the evidence and possible study of the failure. Impossible to determine the exact cause of death, failed treatment, the disease itself or opiate overdose. All of the above.
During the first world war, a soldier suffering from a large malignant neck tumor was the victim of a mustard gas attack poisoning. Physicians at the field infirmary discovered his condition had improved. After the war the effect was further studied, a chemical derivative of mustard gas was injected into test subjects.
The moderately successful treatment discovered is known as chemotherapy. It was virtually the only cancer treatment available to the medical establishment for one-hundred years. The major drawback of chemotherapy compared to phyto-cannabinoid supplement treatment is the damage caused to healthy cells.
Given the published scientific confirmations available at The United States National Library Of Medicine, we know that endogenous cannabinoids are the biochemical mechanism by which the healthy human body counters the development of cancer cells. By the same logic it is correct to state that endogenous cannabinoid deficiency is the human biochemical condition which allows for the development of cancer cells. I am the first to compose this abstract and conclusion based on the scientific publications made available since 2001 which are available at The United States National Library Of Medicine.
FDA regulations caused the legal establishment and courts operating within in their designated jurisdictions to deny application of more appropriate and less harmful substances. Such as phyto-cannabinoid supplement treatment applied to causing apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells in preventative and late stage cancer treatments. In the case of phyto-cannabinoids, all use is preventative treatment yet FDA regulation and lack of better judgment applied by representatives of the courts in North America caused the repeated theft and abuse of citizens.
Many state profits are immorally collected by repeatedly abusing of the situations which affect the disadvantaged, the indigent (impoverished) as well as those with medical conditions (the sick). An example, to take money from (fine) and criminalize the indigent for their situation is far from a remedy to their plight which is also known as poverty. This is in direct correlation to capital punishment where a life is extinguished as consequence for having taken a life. These are lesser ethics with which the general public are provided an incorrect example of better judgment.
The publications available at The United States National Library Of Medicine date as far back as 2001. That is exactly how long we as a society are responsible for neglecting science and causing the needless deaths of millions of our loved ones due to cancer.
I dedicated an entire year (2018) to defining and refining the following statement while gathering reference documentation. Phyto-cannabinoids cause apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells. The above statement should not contain the word "probably" as it's exactness can be verified by searching the United States National Library of Medicine. It is therefore incorrect to state that phyto, synthetic and endogenous cannabinoids "might or may" cause apoptosis of cancer cells.
Finally, it always has and will be immoral to take the right of others to choose that which they are willing to metabolize or not. This equates to legally imposed poisoning and theft of medicine.

I apologize for the revisions, inclusion of all abstracts conceived and composed make the document more effective. Treating the difficulties many will face, accepting and understanding as quickly as possible that cannabinoids cause apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells.
Not A Conspiracy
To this day, many North Americans and citizens of the world entertain the conceptualization that the understanding of how cancer develops and it's treatment is being kept from them.
Many wrongfully believe some clandestine group has profited from the sale and application of the only cancer treatments which have been available, radio and chemotherapies along with the copious amounts of opiates used to extinguish the lives of the unsuccessfully treated.
Having investigated the underlying mechanisms which have allowed for the aforementioned atrocities to be perpetuated during recent decades, it is my understanding that there is no conspiracy by better informed people.
North Americans which were paid to "just do their job" are the verifiable perpetrators and unwitting assistants to the maintenance of these atrocities.
Shoddy investigative skills and poor workmanship are the apparent cause of the delay. Preventing the application of more successful cancer treatment which would have reduced the ever increasing cancer "statistics", our mistreated and dead loved ones.
I am leaving my preliminary investigative findings and conclusions in the hands of North American authorities from here. In hopes that there will be at least one mind able to understand and solve these acts which I consider to be crimes. May intelligence services keep a close eye on the continuing developments of my work and I hope they will take them on as their own, to further and resolve needless suffering. Canadian Security Intelligence Services along with their counterparts in the United States of America are welcome to scrutinize and disprove these findings at their discretion if they may. I believe there will be at least one individual among the many agencies tasked with assuring the safety and security of North Americans who will agree and not be able to disprove these conclusions in good conscience. Whether they work for CSIS, NSA, FBI, CIA, DHS or any other agency, I hope they will take on this important work and realize as I have that the pieces of this "puzzle" keep coming together neatly.
It has been difficult for me to remain objective and emotionally detached while having to consider the many aspects leading to the complex situation which threatened my life and has taken those of my immediate family. Being an only child, I am the last surviving member of the Piecka family which is why I had a vested interest in solving these questions day and night for several years ..a lifetime of hurt and triumph.
