Making some homemade bubble hash!
I figured I was running low on weed today, so I picked up a bag of trim from my last outdoor harvest, that's been sitting in the freezer for almost 9 months, and made some quick bubble hash ❆❆❆
I don't really know my mesh as I found this bag somewhere along the way, but it does the job. It's not the finest though as I found out today! Basically, I went with a cotton filter to drain the trim instead of the usually coffee one, and most of the stuff just went right through it!
Obviously, I wasn't very happy about it, so in lack of other ideas I went for reduction with olive oil, and got some nice edible hash oil in the end, that works great as spoon lick got me lightly stoned 😊
But in the end I got some regular bubble too with 2nd pull, using my standard method. And it got me properly stoned with just a tiny ball 😎
That's my bag of trim. You can actually see trichomes, that already came off.
And this is the blender I used. You wanna get some crushed ice and cold water in the bowl, and then lightly blend the material for around 5 minutes. It's not about beating it up or mashing it.
In the end you get a frothy liquid, that needs to be strained. This time I made a mistake, and I used a cotton filter, which most of my hash stuck to, but don't repeat my mistake, and use a bubble bag or a fine coffee filter.
My bubble bag couldn't catch the tiniest trichomes, but I managed to do it the second time around, when I finally got some nice bubble.
After drying it usually darkens and gets this chocolate brown colour. It came out pretty potent, cause just a tiny amount from my mini-bong got me really stoned!
And to keep my highest grade one I turned it into edible hash oil by reducing the liquid with olive oil in the oven. I'm finishing it as I'm posting this!

Nice! God I remember the days of running out of smoke and having meet ups in someones apartment and we would all bring bags of trim and spend a few days just making hash and getting stoned until some weed appeared in the town lol.
I really like that idea of using the oil with water! That's an ingenious method :)

No problem. You just need to get the right bubble bags or filters and you get right on it!
Try loading a plastic bottle with trim putting a coffe filter one end and runnin butane lighter gas throught it will come out as a golden liquid run that into a plexi bowl leave to evaporate you will be left with a beutifull oil once most has evaporated you can put the bowl in another bowl with hot water to purge remaining butane till it stops bubbling.
CAREFULL DO IT BEST OUTSIDE MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO SOURCES OF NAKED FLAME OR SPARKS VAPOURS ARE EXPLOSIVE
It makes a beutifull and extremely potent smoke but be carefull while doing I have scars from being silly like putting it on a boiling electric kettle butane honey oil BHO is what you end up with
Last time I was doing bubble hash I used a drill with a paint mixing attachment
Yeah I know what BHO is. I don't really dab too often though, so there's no point for me to go that far. But UD would make a hell lot of dab for sure, it'a difficult variety to process into hash. I started with bubble, cause dry sift never came out well. Trichs stick so much, that it's almost impossible to catch them without a solvent. This bubble is quite knarly though :)
