Do you guys ever get the feeling that you are just thinking too much? Thinking is usually considered a good thing but I believe there is a limit that once it is crossed, you are just burning yourself out. Overthinking can be limiting your full potential. Change from Sativa to indica and viceversa every now and then. (If you are a pothead you know what I mean) Meditate every now and then. Sometimes we just need to relax our minds and when we least expect it we tend to get the brightest ideas.

Does anyone else here meditate? I have been doing it for around five years now and I'm at the point were I do it almost every day but sometimes I still feel kinda silly just sitting there with my eyes closed. To those who do not meditate it is a bit difficult to explain what we are doing and why. At least I still have trouble explaining that. Those of you here who meditate, do you mind sharing in the comments your experience with meditation? Why do you do it and what is the effect? And do you smoke Cannabis when you meditate?
