Ointment of cannabis recipe
As an experiment, I made an ointment of cannabis.
Beside my dogs I also have 4 cats. 2 of my cats are blind so they scratch me often. Because I am very sensitive to inflammation i made this oil.
Cannabis has the ability to help with diseases when you smoke it. The cannabis oil also works when you use it. So I think an ointment of cannabis also works.
I tested it myself and the wounds heal faster and no more inflammation. So it works for sure!!!
Here's the recipe how I made it:
500 grams of coconut oil
25-30 grams of cannabis (trimmings can also, but use a little more)
25-45 grams of beeswax
1-2 tablespoons vitamin E oil
Preheat the oven to 115 degrees. Put the cannabis in the oven for 15/20 minutes
Melts the coconut oil at low temperature. I used a hot plate.
Grind the cannabis until it looks like coffee powder.
Put the grind cannabis with the coconut oil. The oil is warm, Oil may not boil! Soak for about 48 hours in warm oil.
When you go to bed or go away, turn it off. Come home you turn it on again
Cool and sip through a cheesecloth or tea towel. Squeeze out.
Melt the beeswax. Put the coconut oil in the beeswax. Add the Vit E oil.
Let it cool to test the ointment. Too thick? Add coconut oil. Too thin, add beeswax.
Do this until you are satisfied with your own made cannabis ointment.
Fill small jars with lid. I used jars from the pharmacist. Only 3 left. The rest given to family and friends...

Nice recipe. This looks very similar to an ointment we make with "stinkweed" up here in Northern Alaska.
I've never heard of stinkweed but I'll check it on Google.And if you like the recipe, I may ask for a resteem. I would really like more than vieuw people to see this. Because it can help many people and animals.
