Veg Room Update #32 (STEEM OG UPDATE #2)
Hi steemians! The pace is picking up for my indoor veg room. Had to clear up space for the Steem Og.
So had to decide which plants to keep and which ones to gift.
Also in the process let the little ones get some real sunlight. Now it’s extremely important if you do this to spray before hand with some natraul pesticides so you don’t invite bad bugs in to your indoor grow. I use neem oil for this.
So these will be going to the great outdoors. It’s Tahoo Og, and Santa Rita #2.
Off they go! It’s so nice to be able to ride in my car with these ladies as my passengers. Lol
Now I’ve kept 2 plants apiece of Santa Rita 2, and 3, plus 2 Tahoo Og. I will keep these to clone and have a couple ready to flip into flower once the ones in flower room are finished.
It’s still a packed house though.
Steem Og will be taking up more room soon.
I also started germination of the Pineapple Chunk!!! Can’t wait!!

It's always nice to be able to gift extra clones and seedlings to friends and neighbors.
Yes it is!! I really wish i knew somebody over where i live with an indoor grow, but I dont know anybody for good reasons, keeps me outta trouble. so Ill just continue gifting to my co worker for her to throw outside.

I was thinking to myself, that you sure have a lot for a single indoor room. Also I'm glad that you're going to be mindful of possible pests trying to come back inside with the plants. Nothing worse then accidentally introducing spider mites or other insects to an indoor growroom.
Personally I think it is a big risk to bring them out to get sunlight. I wouldn't see this as a way ensure selecting the best plants. But if that works for you very cool.
Agreed that gifting to friends and family and neighbors is super nice. It's a fun way to avoid trashing clippings.

Yeah its not something i do often. It was a nice day and didn't fell like putting them in the sink, which is usually what i do when i take them out. God forbid if i did bring in mites. I might not do this again because of your reminder of this isnt the best to do. Thanks!!!
