In our greenhouses, we choose to utilize cover cropping, an essential growing practice that dates back millennia.
While mono-cropping (or growing one crop in an area) can deplete nutrients in the soil, using cover crops provides organic matter and nutrients that allow effective soil regeneration.
Soil that is rich in organic matter has better aeration, water infiltration, and can provide more abundant plant growth overall. Cover crops also help suppress weeds and control soil erosion and compaction.

Beautiful! What other techniques do you all use? I have been seeing some amazing living soils, and a mix of KNF(Korea Natural Farming) methods used, and i am convinced this is the way to grow!
