Plant count is so redunatnt. There have been times that I have had 30 plants in my apartment. But the majority where seedlings, clones, and would not amount to much, since I had no room. Where someone could just have 1 plant and produce 300% or more then I ever could with the 30! So yeah there needs to be some exceptions to that rule.
