I'd not heard it called "radical candor" before, but I love this phrase. Well names the sweet spot between ineffective over empathizing and overbearing aggressiveness. Honest, open, vulnerability and authenticity. Perfecto 👌🏼
It's now a phrase I find infiltrating my life on a daily basis. The more often we're radically honest with others, the more we discover about ourselves. Most people love to throw euphemistic blankets over difficult conversations.
It's time to be fucking adults and get radically candid!
