The month of pink 💗🌼
It is said that breast cancer is one of the most common form of cancer; 1 in 8 women are affected by it at some point of their life. Today's post is not about any reviews, today's post is Pink. Pink because it represents the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is October.
Breast cancer can be less threatening if detected early. But for that, we need to raise awareness, educate the women in our lives about the symptoms and warning signs. We need to consult a doctor as soon as we notice something abnormal about our breasts. Let's all, please, not be shy and talk about it. 💗
The most common symptoms are:
- Change in how it feels: can be tenderness, pain, lumps, texture.
- Change in appearance: can be color, shape, inflammation.
- Discharge of any type: can be clear or bloody.
