Canada's Wanted, a profile of: Anthony Denroy Odain Black

He is a Jamaican born on the 12th of February, 1986 and is last known to be living in Toronto, Ontario. He is in violation of Canada's Immigration laws because of his serious criminal background, notably, sexual assault and forcible confinement. He has scars by his left eye, lower back and left knee and also has a Ninja tattoo on his left arm and an "animals" tattoo on his front torso.

I want to make it clear that I am for immigration, as long as it is legally, I understand that for some, this may be difficult, but as long as they go through regular channels within a year, I'm good.
