Provincial Programs - Immigration through PNP
You can use the Provincial Nominee Program if you believe your CRS isn't up to par (PNP). PNPs are immigration systems used by provincial/territorial governments to choose applicants who they believe are best qualified to meet demands in their province.
A full-time job offer from a Canadian company is required in some provinces, but not all. Some provinces use an electronic application system, while others still use the old-fashioned snail mail technique. Applicants whose jobs fall within a specific NOC are given priority in some provinces.
