In 1977 and 1995, at congressional hearings, CIA mind control survivors verified that children were raped and tortured in mental control experiments. Congress voted not to publish the results of their investigation and now seems to allow the program to continue. Help us save these abused children. For survivors of CIA mental control children are still tortured today

The evil evil aggressors will do everything to convince the victims that they are mentally incompetent, continually telling him to stay in their subconscious "you are crazy."
