Nothing beats cooking over the fire! We have a double pie-iron and the best grilled Sandwiches I've ever had, have been cooked in it.
Butter on the outside and ham and cheese on the inside, nothing special, but still so tasty. Nothing sticks to the well baisted cast-iron and it grills perfect every time (unless I forget to turn it over or take it off before they burn that is).
Add some potato salad, coleslaw and the almost obligatory S'mores for desert and I have to say that we had a very nice evening around the campfire just the five of us.
