Cambodian housing boom

I am looking to buy a condo in Cambodia.

That's the reason i will travel to Cambodia and get locally connected.

There is a condo building boom going on in Cambodia, which rivals European sqmtr prices (1.500,- <-> 3.500,- USD CBRE research, 2016)

If you look at average wages of around 120,- per month USD (labor ministry, 2016).

For the "avarage" cambodians these prices seem un -affordable.

Plus monthly rents on average vary from 150,- to 450,- USD depending on location and size (numbeo, 2017)

If there's going to be financial turmoil in Europe and the Americas which result in a credit freeze.

Probably a good time to position yourself with some cash on the side.
