Flaps

The Steps:
I used a pencil on a legal size bond paper to draw my rough sketch of the letter F. I am thinking about wide flaps like that of a ribbon. So far looking a bit promising.
Time to ink the design using a black permanent marker. I already added a detail on the upper part of the letter that looks like a star. Anything can happen as you go along. I just felt I should put that star as a detail.
Next, I added some details that would look like blobs of ink trying to put them on the foreground. I also started putting a color.
Completed the coloring using red, green, blue and brown. I added more splashes on the background and another detail at the bottom which duplicated the green star above for some balance in the design.
A little filter finished the look. Hope you like it.
