There have been "expert" opinions submitted to the court regarding California's attempted, unconstitutional "assault weapons" ban.

The opinion submitted by retired Colonel Craig Tucker is proof that you can be a lying douche regardless of your background.

He made constant appeals to his own authority, while making claims that even my dumb ass knew were factually incorrect.

We all laughed at Biden when he said that a 9mm bullet will rip the lung out of the body. Mr.Tucker one-uped Biden by claiming that a single 5.56 round can separate the upper torso from the lower torso.

I've shot ballistics gel with my 30-30 Winchester. That's a much larger, more powerful round. Surprise surprise, it didn't split my little ballistics gel dinosaur in half, and that was after we hit it with our whole arsenal.

He claimed that rifling causes bullets to "tumble" making them more lethal.

That's absurd.

Rifling is there to spin the bullet so that it won't "tumble" or "knuckle" in the air. Nobody wants the bullet to tumble in the air because it makes it impossible to reliably hit anything. There are bullets that are designed to tumble after they hit their target; but, that has nothing to do with rifling.

This is really simple firearms knowledge that a retired marine colonel should know.

Finally, he harps on the lethality of these "weapons of war."

This is a dumb argument. Lethal force is good if you're killing a would-be murderer or rapist who is an imminent threat to yourself or another innocent person.

It would take me all night to break down every false claim that he made.

This would be funny if he weren't helping out the government in their endeavour to throw innocent people in prison.
