This is the same group that broke into PAID FOR bank boxes and stole the contents due to the owner not visiting them. This guy tried to move on a guy who moved to Vegas after he designed the microcomputer. They pretended that he wasn't a Nevada resident.

    Once a Kalifornian, the tax board always considers you a Kalifornian, and if you do not file, they will make up an amount you owe and will deduct it from any of your bank accounts.
