Donut gulps softly, softly

Donuts
1/2 kg blue triangular flour
3 tbsp sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp of instant yeast
1 sachet of sweetened sweet
1/4 tsp bakrin plus (can be skip)
250 ml of warm water

Brittle sweetened with warm water instant yeast input, let stand 5 minutes until bubbly
Mix all ingredients except margarine and butter
Knead until half Kalis then input margarine and butter
Knead again until it's really Kalis
Rest the dough lid with a napkin or plastic for 1 hour
Kempiskan dough form bulatan hole middle
Let stand 30 minutes
Fry with low heat, one time back to get the white ring
Remove the drain, give the toping like.

Note: bakrine plus it's function to soften bread yes mother, may be skip or replaced by adding 1 egg yolk again.
