Putu Bamboo Cake is one of traditional Indonesian snacks. The basic ingredients for making Putu cake is rice flour. Rice flour is put into bamboo mold. Fill brown sugar in the middle, steamed until cooked, removed from bamboo and sprinkle grated coconut.
