Random Objects: Xenobelisk

This is an experimental prop for The Nine Empires, by which I mean that I might not use it.

The detail motif is subject to change. It's my own design, but it's meant to be evocative of several different symbols which are not, among them the Eye of Sauron and the Necron Ankh.

Oh, by the way, it's not a true obelisk, not because of it's nearly flat top, but because it's triangular:

This thing took about five minutes to make. In fact, I spent more time rounding the corners and cutting chunks to make it look old. This is how I chose to spend taking a break from pretending my hedgetrimmer is a chainsword (how I deal with wild rosebushes). Tomorrow I have more outdoor work to do, and then I'll return to virtual tank design.
