Peruvian old man cactus
Visiting my dad today to cook him a Sunday dinner, i looked around his greenhouse to find this very hairy looking cactus. Not only does it have a funny appearance but quite a fitting name of the 'Peruvian Old Man'!! :-)

Sellers usually give the name 'Peruvian Old Man' to every cactus with white 'hair', because it sounds cute to people, and than can sell it much easier.
But if you wonder what is botanical name of this species, it is Oreocereus (celsianus?).
Hello, i believe they do Peruvian Old Lady plants too. I had a google as the plant is my dads and saw the lady is smaller than the man :-) thank you for the real name though. It's nice to know!
