Oh, devastating though scattered "events" appear to be striking the United States in 2017. Consider:

1. The Northern California fire was entirely unnatural. It has been attributed by some observers to be a high-powered laser beam fired by drones. Melting of cars and hop-scotch destruction of houses being adduced. Forest nor brush fires reach the level of heat required to melt some of the metal item found.
2. Ditto to the recent outbreak of fires in the Southern California area. Witnesses once again observed beams shooting from the sky. Once again, the oddly scattered zones of fire.
3. DARPA has been working on directed electro-magnetic pulse, or wave, weaponry for scores of years. With funding in the $50B range and with the assistance of scientific experts at top American universities, this "dark op" Amazon has provided the US Air Force with the diabolical weaponry to be the Deep State's Angel of Death.
4. About 1976 the United States and the U.S.S.R. joined other United Nations members in signing a treaty banning the use of weather modification as a weapon of war. If the U.S. and the U.S.S.R. had advanced sufficiently in this military science in 1976 to warrant this treaty agreement, how much more are they likely, especially the U.S., to have vastly improved the science of weather modification in 2017! Incidentally, The Wall Street Journal had a Front Page article in the late 1990s-early 2000s in which they focused on this subject in terms of business. A Russian company had been hired by Indonesia or Malaysia to create rainy conditions, as I recall. Just as remotely operated EM weapons provide the attacker with plausible deniability, so weather modification and AI arson also cloak the precise attacker.
