chocolate berry parfaits

To make:

Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 100 ml of soy milk, a pinch of cardamom and maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
In the morning layer until chia pudding, granola, a little brown coconut yogurt and raspberry and blackberry.
Top with chunks of chocolate and peanut butter!
