BRAZO GITANO Pastel (Repostería)
EL brazo gitano es un pastel de muy delicioso sabor .
Es un pastel relleno que se arrolla en forma de cilindro.
Y puede estar cubierta de mermelada o crema pero lo hicimos con chocolate.
Ingredientes
$4 huevos
$4 cucharadas de azúcar
$1 cucharadita de vainilla
$4 cucharadas de harina
$Pizca de sal
$1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear (levadura química, leudante)
Procedimiento
1.-Batir los huevos junto con el azúcar con batidora eléctrica hasta que estén espumosos y espesos.
2.-Agregar la vainilla.
3.- Cernir dos veces la harina, la sal y el polvo de hornear.
4.-Agregar a la preparación anterior
5.-Verter todo en la asadera forrada y llevar a horno previamente calentado a 190º.
6.-Arrollar y dejar enfríar.
7.-Finalmente rellenarlo con dulce de leche, mermelada o chocolate depende de tu gusto y como lo quieras dar tu toque especial
