WILD CHAMOMILE

It´s growing everywhere in Andalucia and abudantly. Chamomile has health benefits and is anti-inflammatory, it is also antioxidant because of the high level of flavonoid and terpenoid and has a wonderful aroma. It helps fight anxiety and depression.
