River Exposed Cypress Roots

For my first entry into this week's #bwphotocontest (hosted by @daveks and guest judged by @timsaid) I would like to enter this lone Cypress tree with exposed roots that was towering above the Withlacoochee River.

        Nice image! Those cypress trees are fascinating. Those sucker root things they shoot up look almost alien. Nice reflection in the water, as well. It must have been a pretty calm day.
