My entry for this weeks black and white photo contest.

This was made while panning the camera at 1/30 shutter speed.
It only works when the speed of panning matches the movement of the subject, so that the subject is in focus and everything else blurs out.
Shot with Nikon D7000 and Tokina 11-16mm f2.8
