STEEMHOUSE Tokens will have numerous uses both inside our physical makerspace, and online, but let us give you one more reason to buy some sooner rather than later...
When we reach the final stage of our token sale, we will begin to buy back any of those tokens people are willing to sell, at 50 cents each.
In our first stage, tokens are only going for about 20 cents each, but that price will increase by 10 cents with each passing phase. When we have completed even just our first stage of the sale, we will have enough funds to open our physical location, and get to work creating value for not only the Steem Blockchain, but to the wonderful people in our hometown.
The following two stages of the sale will help us scale our business, and ensure our lasting success. When we are operational and stable, we will begin purchasing tokens back from those who have bought them and wish to turn them in for a profit.
Our standing price will be 50 cents each, to ensure all tokens that have been sold to that point are still profitable. If the market deems them worth more, you win even bigger, but you will always be able to get 50 cents for them, even if we're the ones buying them.
How can we promise such a thing?
We know that once we get in the door, there will be no stopping us. The business model and revenue structure we have developed will support itself, even without the money we will earn from Blockchain-based social platforms. Our business will take in monthly membership fees, sell tickets to attend workshops and classes, make a small margin on project supplies, run an e-commerce site selling the things we make, and more.
We will devote a portion of both our blog and physical profits to the pool that buys these tokens, and we will continually place new orders to buy as funds become available. This will ensure that anyone who helps us fund this space can be compensated for doing so.
Think of it as a high-intersest loan of sorts...
You loan us the money to open our makerspace, get tokens as proof of that loan, and we pay back that loan by buying any tokens you'd rather have cash for, at a much higher price. It's a win-win!

As stated, even if we are the ones who end up buying them back from you, when we reach our final crowdfunding stage, we will continually use a portion of our profits to place buy orders on the market at 50c each.
