There are 14 currencies in League of Legends In-game store and they are:
1. Blue Essence: BE is one of the Primary currency of League of Legends. BE is used to unlock LoL contents. It can be used to purchase Champions,champion mastery,chromas, Hextech crafting mystery champion shards, used during essence emporium to purchase
exclusive contents, to change summoner name. BE can be earned by levelling up, first win of the day and missions & events.
2. Coin {Legends of Runeterra}: used to unlock Legends of Runeterra content such as boards, expedition tokens, wildcards and guardians.
3. Currency {League of Legends}: check RP.
4. Currency {Legends of Runeterra}: same as Coin {Legends of Runeterra}
5. Expedition Token {Legends of Runeterra}: It is used to play expeditions in Legend of Runeterra.
6. Garena Shell: Gshells can be used both on mobile and PC platforms, it is used to purchase RP in Garena South East Asia Servers and other Garena titles. Gshells cards can be purchased at ministop {PH}, 7-eleven, shopee, loadcentral, codashop.
7. Gemstone: Can be earned through events (e.g. the 10th-anniversary event),one gemstone every 50 progressed levels, opening a masterwork or hextech chest, you can buy during essence emporium.
8. Gold: it can be used to purchase items in the
champions shop.
9. Influence Point:In Riot Store,IP can be used to unlock champions,additional runebook pages and runespermanently. IP can be earned by playing matches depending on the performance whether win or lose, game type and the length.
10. Missions: Mission is earned when a player completes a specific task in-game.
11. Prestige Point: Prestige point is used to unlock prestige skins, emotes, icons, wards, Hextech crafting loot that was introduced in patch V9.1. Prestige point can be earned by milestone missions and masterwork chest bundles. Prestige point will expire on the 28th of January, 2021 at 13:00 PT.
12. RP: Riot point is used to unlock PC content of League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics only. PC content like cosmetics and other functions which are outside direct game play. You can purchase RP with PayPal, redeemed gift card code or via debit/credit card. Price varies if RP is purchased with real-life currency based on region. RP can be used to purchase arena skins, bundles, clash
premium tickets, champions, champion skins, chromas, emotes, Eternals, events passes,experience boost, Hextech crafting materials, Little legends eggs, rune pages, summoner icons, summoner name, ward skins, and for account transfer to another riot server.
13. Shard {Legends of Runeterra}: Shard is used to unlock only Legends of Runeterra content like expedition tokens and cards. A shard can be earned as a reward for completing expeditions, also available in Chests, a quest reward.
14. Wildcard {Legends of Runeterra}: Wildcards as the name implies can only be exchanged/traded for any card of the worthy or rarity. Wild cards can be earned as a reward for progressing playing the game, purchase in-store with coins or real-life currency. There is four wildcards rarity: common is 10, Rare is 30, Epic is 120 and Champion is 300.
