The Sphingidae belong in any case to the biggest and most impressive moths. Especially the caterpillars are very popular with breeders because of their size and intensive colouring. The caterpillar shown by you does not occur in Germany. I am happy about your contribution and hope for more great pictures.
Hi @falterman! Yes, the Sphinx and Hawk moths can be large and very impressive. Nature sure is amazing! I am happy that I could show you something that you do not have in Germany. That is one of the things that I love about this giveaway. Thanks so much for your kind words and support. : )
