It is possible to get a good thing. If you are eating a lot of olive oil, for example, if you were lightly vinaigrette, you can feel more full than that. In return, you can eat less fruits, vegetables, cereals, and lean protein than otherwise.

Some people may not have any shortage of hunger with excessive use of olive oil and may still have more flaws (and not all good things). When calories and fats meet with oil, it can increase weight and health risks that may come along with it.
