Hey @free-reign! There are front ends you can use that will give you a slidy bar regardless of how much SP you have. You could try Steempeak, Busy, and Partiko to have one. But, what i see is an issue is that my 100% vote right now is .02 which doesn't meet the dust threshold so I am cautious of voting comments. Unless i know the user is a dust sweeper user.
