Checklist to tell people if You are a psychopath?
When we see a psychopath, we see him as murderers, alien, outside society. There are a few things we take for granted in social meetings with people. We assume that we always see the world in same way, that we all know convinced basic facts, the thing means the same to another person as it to me. But for very small subset of people, things are different. These people are not like us, they may lack some emotions and sentiments. In dangerous cases, they might not concern whether you live or die. These people are called psychopaths. Some of them are violent criminals, murderers. But by no means all.
Many such people appear normal and appealing on the surface. By evaluating some core behavior patterns, watching the person’s emotional affect, and paying attention to their relationships, you can learn to identify the psychopath among you. It is very much important to you and your family because to have individuals around you who are so emotionally detached that they behave as if other people are objects to be manipulated and demolished without any concern.
We have Hare Psychopath checklist which is supposed to take by a professional psychologist. In the test, a person is supposed to interview based on below mentioned 20 criteria, such as "criminal behavior" or "emotional imbalance." On each point, a person is majored on a 3-point scale: (0 = item does not apply, 1 = item applies somewhat, 2 = item definitely applies). The scores are summed to create a rank of zero to 40. Anyone who scores 30 and above is probably a psycho. You can yourself try to take this test and judge yourself. But you have to be true to yourself.
Checking for Key Personality Traits

- Are you an uncontrolled and unreasonable liar?
- Do you display glib and artificial charm?
- Do you have lack of behavior control?
- Are you sexually immoral?
- Do you have a high estimation of self?
- Are you cunning and manipulative?
- Do you have lack of regret or guilt?
- Are you heartless, and do you lack sympathy?
- Do you display criminal versatility?
- Do you have history of juvenile delinquency?
- Have you experienced a revocation of conditional release?
- Are you irresponsible and negligent?
- Do you have "shallow affect"?
- Do you have a "parasitic lifestyle"?
- Do you have poor behavioral controls?
- Do you have a history of early behavioral problems?
- Do you lack realistic long-term goals?
- Are you overly impulsive?
- Do you fail to accept responsibility for your own actions?
- Have you had many short-term "marital" relationships?
