you will not feel the depression if you do not give your brain a chance to think about it. Try to share all those things with someone who makes you feel comfortable everytime you are around them .. someone can be anyone like father, mother, friend, or best friend. I think that sharing is better and I can be sure you will not get depressed.so..good luck for you and I pray you can out from your drepessed soon 😉
