We use third-party services for upvote delivery (steemauto and steemvoter) while we are developing our own voting bot. Sometimes they miss posts because of node connectivity issues. Since they have very limited logging, we are not able to validate the reason any particular vote was missed.
We will be calculating the value every member should have received when we move onto our new system and will catch up any missing value from missed votes at that time.
