Zimbabwe Coup Could Spike Bitcoin Price Even Higher on Domestic Exchanges

in #busy6 years ago

Although the army denied that he was endeavoring to eliminate the regime, the 93-year-old President has allegedly been arrested for allegedly throwing the political future of the country into unrest. This Wednesday, the Zimbabwean army launched a formal coup against President Robert Mugabe, this authoritarian leader who has ruled the country for almost 40 years. It has recently been eaten in the share market and other cryptocurrency gold market, and it would not be surprising that if this coup leads to Zimbabwe, then this country is in the Bitcoin market. In times of crisis, people often turn their assets into hard assets such as gold to keep their assets safe. This can be more than the price of bitcoin in Zimbabwe, an unstable instability emerging from an apparent coup.
