The newest cryptocurrency scam, the Giza has been stolen 2.4 million Dollars. The mysterious team behind the project adverted an ICO, then ran away with approximately 1000 investors' money.

The ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is practically a way of starting (emission) of a fresh cryptocurrency, the investors get the new token via Ethereum or Bitcoin, which can be exchanged to the services of the given company. The ICOs are mostly unregulated, as well as the trading of the new tokens. Behind Giza, there is a leader named Marco Fike, he found his investors with a presumably fake LinkedIn profile, however no one met him personally. His promise was that they create a "superwallet", in which the clients can hold cryptocurrencies, safely, independently from the service providers.

Fike collected Ethereum worth 2.4 million Dollars, then ran away with the money. But in the start it looked like that the cryptocurrency in question is legit, because they negotiated with a Russian hardware company, called Third Pin, the leader of the company however soon realized that this is a scam and cancelled the negotiations.

After the ICO, Fike exchanged the collected Ethereum tokens to other cryptocurrencies in a crypto exchange named ShapeShift, then disappeared.

Pray sir, how did you come by such hidden details as "After the ICO, Fike exchanged the collected Ethereum tokens to other cryptocurrencies in a crypto exchange named ShapeShift, then disappeared"? ShapeShift? Really ?

I have read a few articles about this on the internet and multiple sources saying this, so probably it's true.
However I also don't know how they figured this out.

Wow, that's some massive scam right there. I wonder if some company with a crypto wallet has already overplayed them and fooled more people.

Great article friend! Thanks for sharing, let's hope something so terrible like this doesn't happen again! It's really bad advertising for us crypto traders! By the way I use BitcoinHarvestltd to store my earned cryptos, they are a bitcoin wallet software (check their site here if you're interested) and let's hope we don't any other similar scandal soon!
