I agree that the old buildings look so much better than the new ones. I am so happy that the law was passed to preserve the old buildings as heritage must not be forgotten. I laughed at your description of "dried shredded wooly pork. Wooly? Doesn't sound like something to eat. LOL!

Well, imagine wool in terms of light shredded pork: it’s wool made of light brown pork, very much like wool fiber!
