It's a normal ballpoint pen on paper and layered in photoshop with a negative + color blend...
So, you drew it on paper by ballpen and scanned into photoshop, layered with a negative + color blend. It's cool!!
Your original drawing on paper is awesome, anyway. It's like Photoshop polished it.

Нещо такова...
Паспарту, или може би черен картон? Но с какво е рисувано...? Предполагам някакъв УВ-маркер тънкописец. Тука ме хвана на тясно 😕
С обикновен син химикал в/у бял лист и после във фотошоп 3 слоя с бленди, като най-горния е в режим "difference" за постигане на негатив., долните 2 за нюансите.
Ето като превключа в нормален режим на наслагване.
Иначе преди съм правил опити директно с бял маркер в/у черен картон..

Странна, но интересна рисунка. А как и с какво е нарисувана нямам никаква идея. - труден въпрос.
