First Haircut of the Year

This is officially my first haircut of the year. Yep! I've been shaving since the year started. I have not had a real haircut.
I've decided that I will never have a low cut because the last time I did, it was terrible. I was looking like a 16 year-old chap.
So I told the barber to make me look like Pastor Ron. I wanted a cut that would not be too low and I wanted that hump of hair on the parietal part of my head.
How do I explain this in simple English.He went to work and before I knew it, I was looking like a younger version of me. I kinda miss the old look but I love this new look.
I'm gonna be rocking this new haircut until my hair grows back.
