How to Save a Money

In this day due to high price of all our daily needs it is really hard for us to save a money specially the person who are earning a minimum wage. Because of that we cannot save any amount for our future.

1. Compute Your Monthly Income.

Make a log file of your monthly income include all of your source of income. If you are married include the income of your husband/wife in the list. From this income separate the 20% of your income to your monthly budget. First separate 10% for your savings. Put in the bank or any passive investment but make sure you can get it easily when needed. The other 10% of your income is for your health. This the savings for hospital. In this day we don't know when we get sick. The remaining 80% is your budget for the month.

2. Make a List of All Your Expenses.

It is good to make a list of our expenses to make a budget to all of it. Like food, water, electric bill etc. you need to budget the remaining 80% of all your income to all of this. Base on that list you will know how much you need and you will spend wisely your money.

3. Budgeting to all Expenses

Now that you have a list of all your expenses you can divide now all of your remaining money. You can calculate now how much money you will assign to every expenses in your list. It is really important because base on your budget you will adjust everything depends on our income.

4. Plan a Savings

Like I mention above we can plan what type of saving we are going to do. There is a passive saving which is you will invest your money in long term condition which is your money is not only a saving but you will also earn from it. You can choose also the educational saving to secure the education of your children.
There is also a Government service which is used to save a money for your future like in the Philippines we have a SSS, GSIS and PAG-IBIG FUND which is required for every employee to pay it monthly from their salary as their own saving and benefits when they retired or when they reach to the age when they capable of receiving a pension.

5. Focus on your Goal

It is also one of the very important. We need to focus in our goal to avoid all the unnecessary expenses. We have to set our priority and make sure that we are always look in what we really needs. Do not look to the left and to the right to achieve our goal.

Saving is really important that we need to do. It is for the preparation and to secure that we have a money in the future specially when we get old and we are not be able to work anymore. A good advice to everyone if you’re really want to save money. Do not spend a money higher than your salary or your income otherwise you will have a big debt instead of savings.

If we don’t have enough earnings to save a money. We have to do something we can find a part time job or like the steemit you can earn extra money in just do a blog. If there is a will there is a way.
