Oh wow, I would go to this place in a heart beat. Japanese culture, including the food, I think is great. In Seattle, we have a little area in the international district. Uwajimaya is a fairly large store/supermarket with a whole bunch of Japanese focused goodness and whats also cool is there are a bunch of other Japanese stores attached to it on the outside such as a manga and anime store called Kinokuniya Seattle and several noodle shops.
