It is funny when people who learn English as a second language work in the South. I remember hearing a Southern guy ask one such foreigner:
"We're fixin' to do that, do you rekin you'll have the parts here on time?
Wow, you heard two words, fixin' and rekin which are regularly used in the South. Most in the South don't realize these are "foreign" to outsiders. Lol!
