My cream auyama, came out of the carved pumpkin!

Yesterday I had the privilege of participating in the carving contest of calabazadelamigo @goldmatters, in which unfortunately I did not win.
But of which I remain a great satisfaction, and also a very tasty auyama (name by which the pumpkin is known in Venezuela)
So do not hesitate to prepare a very tasty and nutritious auyama cream, which served as a companion for a small cup of rice.
This cream is very easy to prepare.
The only thing you have to do is cut the pumpkin into small pieces and put it to boil with a little water.
Also, you need; Onion, garlic, aji, cilantro and salt to taste. Once the pump is smooth, remove it from the heat and let it rest and then process it in the blender and serve!
It is completely delicious!
