In this video presentation, it focuses on empowerment, how we inspire people to become empowered. Beyond boundaries as what the speaker Scott Geller just told us. To go beyond the call of duty, to do what we should do beyond.

How can we inspire people to become motivated. There are three questions that you will feel empowered if you have the time, knowledge and training.

1. Can you do it?

2. Will it work?

3. Is it worth is?

Do you believe the consequences that it is worth it? If you answer the 3 questions yes, then you will feel competent. You are self motivated because you are doing worth while work. You give them feedback, you show them recognition.

Negative reinforcement when you are controlled by reverse consequences. Setback and reflex, and be mindful and how you are feeling motivated, if you feel happy conversing to people. The ability of humility, to accept feedback, to learn from each other and to really strive hard on what has to be done and you will really be self motivated.

The aspirations, the visions, the drive to be somebody someday will move you more to achieve it and through self motivation and the love of the people surrounding you will really inspire you and the urgency, the need, to really learn, to practice beyond what is required, to have that goal in life then we can always be motivated and always look back, always have that humility in you and you will someday become the most successful person once you are really motivated.
