Future Steemit And @busy.org By Example 18/5/2017

in #busy7 years ago

Hello Steemian with hardfork 18 and the whole ordeal with draining of the rewards pool it seems from asking others what they thought about the update in general it seems most of us will point out the beginning of HF18 was mostly filled with a depressing outlook.
So I thought we could look into some of the other more forgotten features attached and still being worked on from HF18 being brought to us. 18/05/2017

Your websites

So you own a blog or website already? Well maybe steemit will take over that also in future.
You see you can earn rewards by using steemits implementation.

Huh?

For example one great way to demonstrate this that many of you probably already know and recognize is https://busy.org/ or check @busy.org

Sites like busy.org will most likely encourage many other developers to integrate steemit into their websites or have their apps and programs interacting with Steemit's blockchain.

busy.org

Basically users will adapt to compose posts, comments and vote using other third party services.
But developers will have the options and power on how to set the rewards, for example how it will it be divided between the various parties involved.

Basically the option will exist for third party services to essentially create what will be a top layer on top of the
usage of the blockchain technology.

Thats right businesses or even individuals will have options to set up how much someone could be earning for each post/comment or even the difference between having a guest blogger or regular poster.
You can arrange these earnings by modifying the Steemits reward system using the layers from alternative third party's.
This way it will be used for improving on Steemits efficiency and scalability.

Arbitrary Reward Splitting

maa.org

This is what allows the third party applications to split their rewards among their users.
So yes anyone can monetize their own applications built on top Steem.

Back to Busy

You see basically like the developers at Busy.org who have built on top of Steem, they can split rewards with Steemit users who engage on their platform.
Busy.org could receive a small share of the rewards from it's users, allowing them to earn as an incentive for providing a service to Steemit's users.

Obviously the whole thing at the moment is abit more complicated then that but I have the feeling eventually in the future someone will make use of those codes and then build a simple user friendly tool that will most likely allow people like me to somehow earn rewards of Steem from outside of the Steemit.com website.

You can support the Busy team if you wish voting for their witness here @busy.witness
